Cultivation:

- We do not use chemical fertilizers or chemical herbicides.
- Weed and pest control is done by hand.
- We do not practice burning sugar cane prior to harvesting.
- Cargo and transport are done by hand to minimize harmful impacts to the soil and crops.
Manufacturing:
- We do not use chemicals such as sulfur during processing.
- To purify raw extracts we only use natural products, such as the tree bark, to obtain the natural flocculant and clear products.
- No additives or dyes are added anywhere in the process.

Golden brown raw cane sugar. Caramel and molasses flavor.

• Humidity: 2-4%.
• Granulometry: <40% 1.4mm sieve.
• Packaging: 2kg, 10kg or 25kg Poly Bags.
COARSE GRAIN
Golden caramel raw cane sugar. Sweet caramel taste.
• Sucrose: 80-88%.
• Humidity: < or equal to 1%.
• Granulometry: <55% 1.4mm sieve and <4% 0.4mm sieve.
• Packaging: 2kg, 10kg or 25kg Poly Bags.
FINE GRAIN
Golden brown and light brown fine grain raw cane sugar. Sweet taste.
• Sucrose: 80-88%.
• Humidity: ≤1%.
• Granulometry: <12% 0.6mm sieve.
• Packaging: 2kg, 10kg or 25kg Poly Bags.
CANE SUGAR SYRUP
Thick, dark brown liquid with a strong caramel and molasses flavor.
• Sucrose: 55-65%.
• Brix: 68-72°.
• PH: 5-6.
• Packaging: 575ml, 3.7L and 20 L.
