Name:  "Froggy" Sugar Cane Lemon Drink
Preparation:

6 servings
2 Lt. water (64 ounces) / 400 gr. (6.5 ounces) Tayutic Valley Organic Brown Sugar® / 3 1/2 ounces lemon juice.

12 servings
4 Lt. water (128 ounces) / 800 gr. (13 ounces) Tayutic Valley Organic Brown Sugar® / 7 ounces lemon juice.

1. Shake all ingredients, add ice, and drink

 



Name:  Milk Fudge
Preparation:

6 servings

250 gr. 3% fat powder milk / 1 cup regular White Sugar / 1 tablespoon butter / 1/2 cup water

 12 servings

500 gr. 3% fat powder milk / 2 cups regular White Sugar / 2 tablespoons butter / 1 cup water

1. Boil water and sugar until fine thread.
2. Add butter and set aside from stove after melting.
3. pour powder milk until solid.
4. Roll mixture to 1 cm thick. Cut in 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 unches squares. 



Name:  Vegetable Picadillo
Preparation:

6 Serving

3 chopped chayotes. (1/4 inch size squares or replace
them with 1/2 kilo string beans)
1/2 kilo chopped carrots, (1/4 inch size squares)
1 can (8 3/4 ounces) whole kernel corn
1/2 tablespoon Hacienda Experience Herb & Spices Salt®
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoon fine chopped frech cilantro
6 ounces chicken broth

12 Serving

5 chopped chayotes, (1/4 inch size squares or replace them with 1 kilo string beans)
1 kilo chopped carrots, (1/4 inch size squares)
2 cans (8 3/4 ounces) whole kernel corn
2 tablespoons Hacienda Experience Herb & Spiece Salt®
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 tablespoon fine chopped frech cilantro
10 ounces chicken broth 

 

 

N.B. If chayote avalaible, discard chicken broth.
1. Cook chopped vegetables in vegetable oil at soul temperature for 5 minutes in a saucepan.
2. Add chicken broth, fresh cilantro and Hacienda Experience Herb & Spieces Salt®, cover and cook for 25 minutes ou until vegetables tender.



Name:  Rice with Macadamia Nuts
Preparation:

6 serving
Basic Directions for Cooking Regular White Rice   
6 cups rice                  
6 cups water               
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
3 tablespoons cooking vegetable oil.
1/2 teaspoon salt.              

 

Cook and stir garlic in oil in saucepan until tender. Add water and rice. Heat rice, water and salt to boiling. Cover and simmer (30) minutes. Sprinkle with little oil. Fluff rice lightly with fork.

Make twice as much of ingredients for 12 servings.

60 gr. Tayutic Valley Natural  Macadamia Nuts® (roasted in oven at 300º  F, 10 to 15 minutes)

12 cups regular cooked rice
120 gr. Tayutic Valley Natural Macadamia Nuts®
(roasted in oven at 300º F, 10 to 15 minutes)

 

1. Once rice is cooked and ready to serve, sprinkle roasted Tayutic Valley Natural Macadamia Nuts® over rice, to avoid nuts getting tender because of rice moist and temperature.
