The Organic Production

Our organic cane is produced using organic certified seeds. Weed
control is done by hand, using only certified organic fertilizer,
produced on our own farm. This fertilizer is prepared with organic
components that not only supply the cane with all the needed
nutrients, but also incorporates all the elements back to the soil.


Facilities

Our organic and natural products are cultivated and produced on
Costa Rica's Atlantic slope (in Tayutic valley, 90 km/56 miles
southeast of San José) and in the central region (Jaris valley, 50
km/31 miles west of San José).

  

 Like Costa Rica itself, we offer astounding variety on a small scale.
Over the years, we have incorporated modern innovations to complement
indispensable, traditional trade secrets. The result is
premium-quality coffee, sugar, macadamias and other products with an
artisan's touch, yet available in convenient wholesale quantities. We
